- DIDUAR glass graduation
- ±5µm or ±3µm accuracy grades
- 1Vpp incremental signals
- 20µm grading period/signal period
- Measuring lengths from 140mm to 3040mm
- Distance Coded reference marks (every 50mm) or single center reference mark
- Cutoff frequency -3dB = 160 kHz
- Max. cable length is 150 meters
- IP 53 or IP64 with DA 400 air purge kit
