The HEIDENHAIN ERA 780 series is designed for inner (ID) mounting, full-circle and segment versions, offering a high-accuracy incremental angle encoder for various ID angle measurements between 318.58mm and 1146.10mm with the following features…
- Steel scale tape for inner diameter mounting
- 40µm grading period
- Accuracy of graduations of ±3.5” to ±3.0”
- Accuracy of scale tape: ±3μm per meter of tape length
- Full-circle and segment versions, including for very large diameters
- 1Vpp incremental output signals
- Cable, 3 meters with M23 coupling
- Mechanical permissible speed of 500rpm
- Operating temperatures from –10 °C to 50°C (thermal coefficient of expansion between 9 · 10–6K–1 and 12 · 10–6K–1)
