Incremental linear encoder for measuring steps to 1µm with 5v TTL Output The LIDA 177 consists of a one-piece steel tape. In this case, however, it is guided in a scale-tape carrier and is rigidly connected at its center to the machine. Measuring lengths up to 6 m (237 in.) are available.
