• DIDUAR glass graduation (20µm grating)
• ±5µm or ±3µm accuracy grades
• TTL incremental signals (x5, x10 or x20 interpolation)
• 4µm or 2µm signal period (determined by interpolation)
• Measuring lengths from 140mm to 3040mm
• Distance Coded reference marks (every 50mm) or single center reference mark
• Max. cable length is 150 meters
• IP 53 or IP64 with DA 400 air purge kit
