 The METALLUR glass tape of the LIDA 483 is cemented into a steel scale carrier and then calibrated. A calibration chart is supplied with every scale.

Accuracy grades - ± 5 µm or ± 3 µm
Recommended measuring steps - 1 um or 0.1 µm
Measuring lengths - 220 mm to 3040 mm
